1. Agreement & Overview
Please read these official rules (the “Official Rules”) carefully. They contain important information about your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you if you enter the Benjamin Moore Mobile Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) sponsored by Benjamin Moore & Co (the “Sponsor”).
To participate in this Sweepstakes, you must be a licensed contractor, a Benjamin Moore Contractor Rewards™ member, eighteen (18) years of age or older, and reside in Florida, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Texas, California, Tennessee, Utah, Colorado, Missouri, Kansas or Illinois in the United States, or in Ontario or Quebec in Canada.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, you signify your agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and RAVEN5 Ltd. (the “Administrator”). If you do not agree to the Official Rules, you may not enter the Sweepstakes.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Florida, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Texas, California, Tennessee, Utah, Colorado, Missouri, Kansas and Illinois in the United States, Ontario and Quebec in Canada who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, a licensed contractor, and a Benjamin Moore Contractor Rewards™ member at the time of entry (“participant”, “entrant”, or “you”).

Employees, officers, directors, agents, or representatives, of the Sponsor, Administrator, their respective parent companies and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers of prizes, advertising and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment, and execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Parties”), and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) of, and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, municipal and local laws and regulations. If it is found that a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set forth in these rules has submitted an entry, that entry may be deemed ineligible. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility requirements. Void outside Florida, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Texas, California, Tennessee, Utah, Colorado, Missouri, Kansas, Ontario, Quebec, and where prohibited by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on June 30, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Administrator’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.
4. How to Enter
To enter the Sweepstakes, visit https://www.camsweeps.com (the “Sweepstakes Website”) or scan a designated QR code at a Benjamin Moore Mobile Tour 2025 event during the Sweepstakes Period and follow the instructions to complete the online entry form. Entrants will be required to provide their first name, last name, email, mobile number (optional), full address, their Benjamin Moore Contractor Rewards™ number, company name, and indicate via dropdown menu if they are an owner or employee.
In addition to providing the above information, check the box to confirm your agreement to these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy https://www.benjaminmoore.com/en-us/privacy-statement. Optionally, you may check the box to opt-in to receive marketing communications from the Sponsor. Upon successfully submitting the online entry form, an entrant will earn one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (a “Registration Entry”). Limit of one (1) Registration Entry per person into the Sweepstakes.
By entering the Sweepstakes, you signify your agreement to these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, incomplete, inaccurate, invalid, un-intelligible, garbled, delayed or misdirected entries, all of which will be void. Entries which are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent are null and void.
Bonus Entries: There are two (2) ways to earn bonus entries into the Sweepstakes, which are additional entries into the grand prize drawing (as further described below):
i) Bonus Purchase Entries: After submitting a Registration Entry, entrants can earn bonus entries by purchasing Benjamin Moore paint products at participating stores across North America. All lines of Benjamin Moore paint products are eligible for Bonus Purchase Entries in this Sweepstakes. Please note that purchases of Benjamin Moore paint products must be made at a participating store using the same Benjamin Moore Contractor Rewards™ number as provided in an entrant’s Registration Entry to be eligible for Bonus Purchase Entries.
Entrants will earn one (1) entry for each one hundred (100) gallons of Benjamin Moore paint purchased during the Sweepstakes Period. The number of gallons purchased during the Sweepstakes Period will be rounded down to the nearest hundred prior to awarding entries. For example, if you purchase three hundred and thirty (330) gallons of Benjamin Moore paint during the Sweepstakes Period, you will receive three (3) Bonus Purchase Entries into the Sweepstakes. There is no limit to the number of Bonus Purchase Entries an entrant can earn in the Sweepstakes.
ii) Bonus Mail-In Entries (No Purchase Entries): After submitting a Registration Entry, entrants who do not wish to make a purchase can earn bonus entries by submitting a Bonus Mail-in Entry. To submit a Bonus Mail-In Entry, on a 3”x5” card or piece of paper, hand print your first and last name, street address, city, state or province, zip or postal code, date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy), email address, phone number (including area code), and your Benjamin Moore Contractor Rewards™ number. Insert the paper into a #10 size envelope with sufficient postage and mail to: Benjamin Moore Mobile Tour Sweepstakes c/o RAVEN5 Ltd., 10685-B Hazelhurst Dr. #36740, Houston, TX 77043 USA.
Entrants will earn one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for submitting a valid Bonus Mail-In Entry. There is no limit on the number of Bonus Mail-In Entries an entrant may earn in the Sweepstakes. Bonus Mail-In Entries and the outer mailing envelope must be handwritten and must include all requested information (as stated above) to be eligible. Only one (1) Bonus Mail-In Entry per mailing envelope will be accepted. Bulk shipments (multiple entries in one shipping package) will not be accepted and will be destroyed. Bonus Mail-In Entries must be postmarked by June 30, 2025 and received by July 8, 2025 to be eligible.
Submitted Bonus Mail-In Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Requests for confirmation of receipt of mail-in entries will not be acknowledged. No photocopies, facsimiles or reproductions of Bonus Mail-In Entries will be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, stolen, incomplete, illegible, postage due, or misdirected entries. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery.
5. Prize/Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)/Odds
One (1) grand prize is available to be won, consisting of a 2025 Ford F-150 Raptor, $20,000 USD towards modifications of the Ford F1 Raptor, and $30,000.00 USD in cash (the “Grand Prize Package”). The ARV of the Grand Prize is $130,000.00 USD.
The odds of winning the Grand Prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Once the Winner has been confirmed, Sponsor will work with the Winner to modify the Ford F1 Raptor and coordinate pick up of the Ford F1 Raptor by the Winner at a dealership. Sponsor will make its best effort to arrange for pick-up of the Ford F1 Raptor at a dealership in close proximity to the Winner’s residence. The $30,000 USD cash portion of the prize will be awarded by check to the Winner within approximately thirty (30) days after the Winner has been verified.
Cash Alternate Prize: Winner will have the option to select a $100,000.00 USD cash prize (the “Cash Alternate Prize”) in lieu of the Grand Prize Package. If the Cash Alternate Prize is selected, it will be awarded by check to the Winner within thirty (30) days after the Winner has been verified. The ARV of the Cash Alternate Prize is $100,000.00 USD.
Prize Conditions:
Winner is responsible for all optional equipment (in excess of the modifications included in the Grand Prize Package), title, license, insurance and registration fees required in claiming the vehicle, applicable taxes, as well as all other expenses relating to the use of vehicle, including any travel and transportation costs associated with collecting the vehicle. All other costs not specifically stated herein as being awarded are the responsibility of the Winner. Winner must have proof of a valid USA or Canadian driver’s license from his/her state or province of residence and proof of valid insurance prior picking up the Ford F1 Raptor as directed by Sponsor. Failure to provide proof of license and insurance may result in prize forfeiture.
Other than the manufacturer’s limited warranty, Sweepstakes Parties do not make, nor in any manner are responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any vehicles including but not limited to quality, fitness for purpose or mechanical condition. Grand Prize will be awarded “AS IS” including exact models, color, options and condition. The value of the Grand Prize set forth above represents Sponsor’s good faith determinations of the ARV thereof and such determinations are final and binding and cannot be appealed.
No substitution of a prize will be allowed, except as listed herein. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute prize(s) of comparable value if a listed prize is unavailable, in whole or in part, for any reason. Prize is non-transferable. Prize ARV represents Sponsor’s good faith determination, is final and binding and cannot be challenged or appealed.
In accepting a prize, Winner is responsible for all federal, state, county, local and all other taxes (including income and withholding, where applicable) on the prize awarded and any costs and expenses not specifically listed above as part of a prize. Winner must be able to accept the prize as presented, otherwise the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and awarded to an alternate winner (to be determined in a separate random drawing in accordance with these Official Rules).
6. Winner Selection & Notification
Administrator will select the potential Grand Prize winner in a random drawing conducted at Administrator’s offices. One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period on or about July 14, 2025 (the “Winner Notification Date”). Administrator will make a minimum of two (2) attempts to contact the entrants who submitted the potential winning entries within forty-eight (48) hours of Winner Notification Date.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted within three (3) business days of notification, or if there is a return of any notification as undeliverable; then he/she may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be disqualified (and, if disqualified, will forfeit any and all rights to the prize) and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion to randomly select an alternate eligible entrant for the prize in a separate random drawing from the remaining eligible entries submitted and received in accordance with these Official Rules.
Additional Requirements to Win: The potential winner will become a confirmed winner (a “Winner”) after meeting the requirements that follow. Failure to do so will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected by the means set forth above.
The potential winner will be required to sign and return, within three (3) business days of initial notification, an Affidavit of Eligibility & Liability / Publicity Release form (the “Release”). If the potential winner is a resident of Canada, he/she will also be required to correctly answer a time-limited skill-testing question in order to become a Winner.
In addition, if the potential winner is a resident of the United States, he/she will be required to sign and return, within three (3) business days of initial notification, an IRS W-9 form, which will require additional personal information, including a social security number. If the potential winner is a resident of Canada, he/she will be required to sign and return, within three (3) business days of initial notification, an IRS W-8BEN form, which will require additional personal information, including a social insurance number. Information from the W-9 or W-8BEN form will only be used to fulfill Sponsor’s tax obligations in connection with this Sweepstakes and for no other purpose. If the potential winner is a resident of the United States, he/she will be issued an IRS 1099-MISC tax for the fair market value of the prize.
No one is a Winner unless and until the Sponsor officially confirms him/her as a Winner in accordance with these Official Rules.
7. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, and pursuant to a signed Release (as described above), entry into the Sweepstakes and acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the World, the Winner’s name, city, state/province of residence, and prize won, as news, publicity or information and for advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without limitation and without additional compensation, notification or permission.
Sponsor reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Sweepstakes for promotional, marketing and any other purpose, including online announcements unless prohibited by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
By participating in the Sweepstakes and as a condition of acceptance of a prize, each entrant his/her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, releases, waives, discharges, and holds harmless the Sponsor, the Administrator, their respective parent companies and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers of prizes, advertising and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Sweepstakes, (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from, and against any and all loses, damages, rights, claims, actions, causes of action, personal injury, property damage or death (including without limitation any and all costs and liabilities of any kind including but not limited to lawyer’s fees), and including, without limitation, any such arising from any act of negligence of the Released Parties, that the entrant now has, or may hereafter have against the Released Parties directly or indirectly resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or the awarding, acceptance, use, or misuse of a prize. Entrants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this Sweepstakes or use/misuse or redemption of the prize.
FOR RESIDENTS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA: You acknowledge and agree that your release and waiver extends to the following, the protections of which you explicitly waive:
California Civil Code Section 1542: A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him or her must have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor.
9. General
By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected or damaged entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to Participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes.
Failure to comply with these Official Rules will result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to permanently disqualify from any Sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to any causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, at which time, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received at the time of the Sweepstakes termination.
10. Disputes
Except where prohibited, Participants agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of New Jersey, USA, and all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New Jersey, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of New Jersey or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction. The remedy for any claim shall be limited to actual damages, and in no event shall any party be entitled to recover punitive, exemplary, consequential, or incidental damages, including attorney’s fees or other such related costs of bringing a claim, or to rescind this agreement or seek injunctive or any other equitable relief.
THE PARTIES HEREBY WAIVE THEIR RIGHT TO JURY TRIAL WITH RESPECT TO ALL CLAIMS AND ISSUES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT WHETHER SOUNDING IN CONTRACT OR TORT AND INCLUDING ANY CLAIM FOR FRAUDULENT INDUCEMENT THEREOF.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected from Participants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at: https://www.benjaminmoore.com/en-us/privacy-statement.
In addition, any personal information that you provide may be used in connection with the Sweepstakes as necessary, to administer, manage and operate the Sweepstakes (including coordinating and fulfilling the prize and releasing a list of winners, as discussed below) and otherwise as permitted in our privacy policy referred to above.
Personal information collected will be stored on servers located in the United States and may be accessible to U.S. law enforcement, courts and other governmental institutions pursuant to the laws of the United States.
12. Winner List Requests
For a written confirmation of the Winner (available after July 21, 2025), send an email to [email protected] with subject line: Benjamin Moore Mobile Tour Sweepstakes Winners List Request. All requests must be received by September 30, 2025 at 2:59:59 PM ET. Requests received after this time will not be fulfilled.
